Terms and conditions

These Special offer Terms and Conditions apply to the Summer1Free Offer (the Offer) for stays in one of our camping pod units at Lee Valley Caravan Park, Dobbs Weir, Lee Valley Campsite, Sewardstone and Lee Valley Camping and Caravan Park which are operated by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (the Authority) of Myddelton House, Bulls Cross, Enfield, Middlesex EN2 9HG.


  1. The Offer applies to bookings for stays in one of our Big Chief Wigwam, Wee Brave Wigwam, Cabin or Cocoon units for dates between Friday 19 August 2024 and Tuesday 31 December 2024 (Offer Period) and the booking must be made on before Sunday 14 August 2024.

  2. The Offer entitles you to receive one free additional night to be added to your booking by entering Summer1Free offer code when completing your booking.

  3. You can only use the offer code once and the Offer will be applied your first booking during the Offer Period.

  4. The additional night can only be taken in the same type of camping pod unit selected on your booking.

  5. The Offer is a standalone offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  6. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.

  7. The Offer cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.

  8. The Authority reserves the right to cancel this promotional Offer at any time without notice.

  9. Any personal data we collect as part of the Offer will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and as set out in the Authority’s privacy notice, which you can find at www.leevalleypark.org.uk/privacy-policy

  10. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority cannot redeem the Offer.

  11. Stays at any Lee Valley campsite using the Offer are subject to compliance with the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions and the Lee Valley Campsite Specific Terms and Conditions.
