Cycling for Health

The Cycling for Health programme is a series of weekly led rides. Cycling is a low impact activity that can be enjoyed by absolutely everyone. We have various rides taking place each week on traffic free routes, with the rides at a sociable pace and typically having a mid-ride stop for a chat over a cuppa.


These sessions are designed for riders that are looking to regain fitness, confidence cycling, and looking for a friendly cycling group. All rides are run on traffic free non-technical terrain such as country parks, towpaths and bridleways.
